Rotisserie chicken
Ditalini noodles
Carrots
Onion
Celery
Minced garlic

Directions
To make your own chicken stock follow these steps or skip to step 2 and use chicken stock.
Pull chicken off the bone.
Put chicken bones into a crock pot along with 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 1 cup chopped carrots, 1/2 cup chopped celery, and 1 small onion chopped. Cover with water and put on low overnight - 12 hours.
In the morning remove the chicken bones. Pour the liquid through a strainer and into a large stock pot. If you want a creamier/heartier stock then blend the cooked veggies and add it to the stock pot.
You can doctor up the stock to your liking now - add salt, seasonings, bouillon, chicken stock, etc.
To the stock pot of chicken broth add 1 cup of chopped carrots, 1/2 cup chopped celery, a small chopped onion, and 1 cup of ditalini pasta. Bring to a boil and simmer until pasta is cooked and veggies are al dente - about 15 minutes.
Add chopped/shredded chicken to pot to be warmed. Stir and serve.
