Mary Anne's Cabbage Pie

Ingredients:
Frozen deep dish pie crust - 2 count
2lbs ground turkey
8oz Mushrooms
1 Onion diced
3 cloves of Garlic
2lbs cole slaw (chopped in a bag)
2 packets of brown gravy mix
8 oz mild Cheddar Cheese
Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions:
Take pie crusts out so they can get to room temp.
In skillet, sauté onion and garlic in olive oil. Add meat and cook through.
Add brown gravy packet power to meat mixture.
Sauté mushrooms separately then add in.
You can turn off burner but leave skillet on burner as you mix cole slaw in thoroughly.
Add filling to pie crusts. Top with cheddar cheese. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
Let set for 15 minutes and enjoy!!
