Crunch Bars

Ingredients

  • 3 cups rice crispy cereal

  • 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips

  • 1 cup peanut butter

  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil

Directions

  1. Line an 8x8 inch baking tray with parchment paper

  2. Add rice crispy cereal to a large mixing bowl and set aside.

  3. In a microwave safe bowl, combine all other ingredients. Microwave for 1 minute and stir, then 30 seconds as needed until melted.

  4. Pour chocolate mixture over cereal and mix until combined. Pour into lined tray, spread, and press down.

  5. Refrigerate at least an hour. Turn out of tray and cut into bars.
