Burrito Bowl

Ingredients (* fun optional additions)

  • Rice

  • Shredded/chopped chicken

  • Lettuce

  • Black Beans

  • Corn

  • Cucumber

  • Tomato

  • Avocado

  • Bacon*

  • Jalapeno*

  • Sour Cream

  • Salsa

  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese


Directions

  1. Cook chicken and chop or shred - or buy rotisserie

  2. Cook rice

  3. Chop and prep veggies

  4. Assemble and enjoy!


I like to substitute ranch dressing for the sour cream and add Fritos (corn chips) for a southwestern crunchy burrito bowl.
