Ingredients
Frozen butternut squash
1 stalk celery
1 large carrot
2 medium potatoes
1 medium onion
salt and pepper
2 tbsp butter
32 oz chicken or vegetable stock
Directions
Chop ingredients and add everything to a large stock pot.
Bring to a boil and then let simmer for 40 minutes or until everything is tender.
Move to a glass bowl and blend using and immersion blender.
