Ingredients
3 chicken breasts - cooked and shredded
7 oz ham steaks - cut into bite-size pieces
1 stick butter - melted
8 oz cream cheese - softened
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 oz lemon juice
½ teaspoon salt
8 oz Swiss cheese
3 cups rice
Directions
Cook rice.
Preheat the oven to 350.
In a large bowl with an electric mixer combine the melted butter, softened cream cheese, mustard, lemon juice, and salt. Blend until a thick sauce forms. Add shredded chicken and mix.
Put the chicken mixture in the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish. Layer the pieces of ham on top.
Lay the slices of Swiss cheese on top of the sauce. Bake for 30 minutes until hot.
Serve with rice and mix.
