• 1 lb ground beef or 32 ounce bag of Italian style meatballs

• 32 oz Garden rotini pasta or Brami Fusilli pasta

• 3 24 oz jars of Pasta sauce or Mezzetta Marinara sauce

• Salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to taste
