Tortellini Pesto and Veggies


Ingredients

· 2 Tbsp Olive Oil

· 1 cup tortellini

· 1 lb Chicken

· 1/2 cup Sun-dried tomatoes

· 1/4 cup Pesto

· 1 cup cherry tomatoes


Directions

1. Cook and shred chicken.

2. Trim asparagus and putt it in a skillet with oil. cook on medium heat for 5-10 minutes until the asparagus is cooked through.

3. Cook tortellini according to the package instructions, drain.

4. Add chicken to skillet. Add sun dried tomatoes. Cook on low for 1 minute.

5. Add basil pesto. Stir to coat.

6. Add tortellini and halved cherry tomatoes to skillet.
