Ingredients
Spaghetti squash
Garlic salt
Onion powder
Salt & Pepper
1 cup water
Directions
Cut the spaghetti squash in half and scoop out the seeds inside.
Pour one cup of water into the Instant Pot, place the trivet inside and put both halves inside. One may face up and the others sideways.
Make sure the seal is on and the release valve is sealed.
Pressure cook for on high for 7-9 minutes depending on the size and how tender you like it.
Quick release when the timer goes off.
Use a fork to remove the spaghetti squash.
Sprinkle with garlic salt, onion powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
